OUR PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS
From rescue to recovery, our programs are designed to give Lombok’s street dogs a second chance at life.
Spay & Neuter Program
Thousands of street dogs are born into hardship every year. Our spay and neuter program exists to break that cycle.
We run on-site sterilisation campaigns across south Lombok, working directly in the areas where dogs live. Because these dogs are highly fearful of people, we use humane darting methods to safely sedate them before handling.
How it works:
Dogs are safely sedated using darting equipment
Transported a short distance to our mobile surgical setup
Sterilised by our veterinary team
Returned to the location they were found
This approach allows us to reach large numbers of dogs efficiently, while minimising stress and keeping them in their familiar environment.
Your support funds life-saving sterilisations.

Emergency Rescue & Medical Care
Every week, we receive reports of dogs in pain. Injured, infected, or struggling to survive on the streets.
Our team goes out to find them.
Because most dogs are too fearful to be handled, we use sedation when necessary to safely assess and treat their injuries.
What we do:
Respond to reports of injured or sick dogs
Provide treatment on-site whenever possible
Transport serious cases to our clinic
Perform surgery, wound care, and ongoing treatment
Return dogs once they are fully healed
We only keep dogs long-term if they cannot safely return, such as in cases of severe disability or ongoing danger in their original location.
This approach allows us to act quickly, treat effectively, and help as many dogs as possible with the resources we have.
You make rescues like this possible.

Shelter & Long Term Care
Not every dog can return to the streets.
While most of the dogs we treat are released back to their territory, some are too vulnerable to survive on their own. These are the dogs who stay with us.
Right now, our shelter is simple and limited. It provides safety, but not the level of care we know these dogs truly need.
We are working to change that.
We are currently fundraising to build a larger, improved shelter with an on-site clinic and dedicated space for our disabled rescues. This will allow us to provide better treatment, safer recovery, and a more comfortable life for the dogs who depend on us.
What we provide:
Safe shelter for dogs who cannot return to the streets
Ongoing care for injuries, disabilities, and long-term conditions
Daily feeding, monitoring, and support
A secure environment for the most vulnerable cases
Every space we create means another dog can be saved, treated, and given a second chance at life.
Help us build a safe future for the dogs who have nowhere else to go.

Education & Community Outreach
Lasting change does not happen without people.
We work within local communities to build understanding, compassion, and responsibility towards street dogs. Education is a key part of reducing suffering in the long term.
By engaging with local residents, we aim to change how dogs are treated and prevent future harm before it happens.
What we focus on:
Promoting responsible care and awareness
Supporting community understanding of sterilisation
Encouraging safer, more compassionate interactions with dogs
Building long-term change through education
This work may be less visible, but it is essential. Every conversation and every shift in attitude helps create a safer future for street dogs.
Every program you support brings us closer to a world where no dog is left to suffer on the streets.
